The smtp-auth patches are not part of qmail-sql: why should i have to
document them ? People asked me how to integrate ssl,smtp-auth and sql-patches.
I integrated them in a separte redhat-package with the appropriate 
settings. The .tar.gz file was provided to people not running redhat. Imho 
you should check the docs of the separate patches or do i see things wrong ?
